monet's candy birthday party

I asked Monet so many times what type of birthday party she wanted. Every time she said, "A candy party Mom!" So we went with that! I found these really cute invitations on etsy. It was so much fun to plan. Thanks Grandma Robin for my cute dress!
'Pin the gumball in the gumball machine'...
Presents!
Monet loved all her gifts! She has been playing and playing with them all ever since. You'll see in the next picture Monet is wearing a totally different outfit... well she opened this super cute dress and matching headband from Dior and immediately took her clothes off (including hair clip) and put her new outfit on. It was so funny. The second she opened it I knew she would be changing her clothes. She does not keep them same outfit on for more than twenty minutes.
Foofa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead of a traditional birthday cake we decided to go with Foofa cake balls. Foofa is Monet's all time favorite character. She was even Foofa for Halloween this year! Foofa is from the kid tv show Yo Gabba Gabba.
Filling their bags with candy! Clay was trying to get them to take all the candy so we wouldn't have any left at the house. Ha ha.
Monet has been wearing these monkey slippers ever since she opened them. Thanks Tatum, Jayden and Hennessey! She kept them right by her bed and slipped right into them the second she woke up.
Monet in her new jammie dress from Grandma Trisha! Monet had put all the 'gumballs' on Scarlett's head and Scarlett kept them on for seriously like half an hour.
Scarlett totally copies Monet all the time. It is so darling. Scarlett wants to be doing what her big sister is! I had no idea that would start so early...
... hence these sideways pictures. (If you are wondering about the soother..... Monet has been obsessed with Scarlett's soothers lately..... kind of a problem.)

Thanks to everyone who came and for all the nice gifts! Monet was so happy and had such a great time.

Cutest party I've seen. Glad there are moms out there doing this stuff since I'm not. Lucky, lucky girls! SHE LOVED IT!!!

And p.s. I cannot believe Scarlett. The girl is not a teeny thing anymore -- she's growing up! Love seeing the kids.

Cute! I love how crafty you are. I knew if there was one 3 year old that would love clothes it would be her! Wish we could have made it!
